1. Technical Team
The chief scientist of the company is Prof. Dong Xu. The company has hired and organized good worldwide scientific and technical personnel, combined some experts, professors and collaborators from Shandong University and Shandong Normal University. Combined with national, provincial and municipal personnel programs, high-level talents have been invited and taken part in the company. A first-class technical R & D team will be created gradually in the field.

3. Technical Support
The Shandong Crystal Fiber Collaborative Innovation Center has been established based on the Shandong Industrial Technology Research Institute. At present, the company has eight professors. Five of them are awarded the special allowance of the National State Council. Five of them possess Ph.D degrees, and over ten of them possess master degrees. Our company has been continuously exploring innovative results in the novel materials field, greatly expanding the energy-saving materials industry application, providing excellent heat-insulation solutions for the customers and doing our best to support national goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
Chief Scientist Prof. Dong Xu
Dong Xu is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the State Key Laboratory of Crystal Materials, Shandong University. Prof. Xu was once the vice president of Shandong University, the director of the State Key Laboratory of Crystal Materials, the head of the Institute of Crystal Materials, the member of the State Council Degree Committee Discipline Group, the member of National Science and Technology Reward Discipline Group, the member of the National Natural Science Foundation Subject Group and so on.
As a Chinese scientist, he was once invited to take part in cooperative research in the Laser and Electro-optical Research Center of the University of Central Florida in the United States, the Brimrose Company in the United States and the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research of Germany.
He has once won the national first award of invention, the first award of science and technology progress of Shandong province, the second award of science and technology progress of Shandong province as the first inventor or the first accomplisher. He has also won the first award of the State Education Commission and the second award of science and technology progress of Shandong province as the main accomplisher
Main Research fields and Tasks：He has carried out the design and preparation of novel nonlinear optical (NLO) crystal materials, electro-optical polymer film, high-temperature metal oxide crystalline fibers. He has presided in Major National Special Projects, Climbing Plans, 863 Torch Projects, the Programs for Tackling Key Problems in Science and Technology, the Major National Natural Science Foundations. He has created a new type of NLO material—LAP (L-arginine phosphate) internationally and developed the original work of coordination complex crystal materials. More than 300 academic papers cited by SCI have been published. He has won many honors including the national first award of invention, the first award of science and technology progress of Shandong province, the second award of science and technology progress of Shandong province. He has be once honored with the titles of " Nationwide Prominent Teachers ", " National Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions". One of his student has been awarded an excellent doctor degree dissertation prize.
